SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Since 1973, Skogen, Cometto & Associates, P.C. has been providing audit, compilation and review, attestation, accounting, management, computer consulting, and tax services to small businesses, governmental entities, non-profit organizations, energy, construction and agriculture industries, as well as individuals throughout Wyoming.
We are seeking a dedicated Accountant with 5+ years’ recent experience in public accounting to complete tax engagements for individuals, small corporations, nonprofit organizations. You will review and complete financial statements and tax returns; plan & monitor engagements; supervise & train staff; analyze internal controls and seek opportunities to provide additional services to our valued clients.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license (or on track to obtain); tax experience in completing Forms 990, 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S and 1065. Experience supervising staff accountants and fieldwork and in planning financial engagements along with strong communication and PC skills are a must. Experience with CCH tax and audit products and with paperless engagement systems are preferred.
This position is located in beautiful Casper, Wyoming. If you do not currently reside in the area, we will provide relocation benefits to the right candidate.
